A Solstice Gathering

Hello, everyone.

I hope you’re all holding up as well as you can. I know a lot of us have had bad news this week, or are struggling with new uncertainty and upset plans at probably the worst time of year for it. It’s the shortest night of the year tomorrow. We’re halfway out of the dark. But it doesn’t feel like it, somehow.

So, in an attempt to spread some sort of cheer and effect even a tiny amount of everyday magic, tomorrow early evening UK time I'm going to be hosting a small zoom gathering for everyone who’s a subscriber here, plus a few others, because I think we all need as much human contact as possible. It’s last minute, but I might try to find a special guest or two to talk about what’s going on in the world. It will be as safe and off-record a space as possible. Feel free to bring a trusted friend.

Silly hats are highly encouraged. Mirth will not be enforced. Manners will.
